LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Water Authority of Great Neck North will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall of the Village of Kings Point, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, with regard to proposed changes to the rates and charges for the use of the facilities of, the services rendered by, and the commodities furnished by the Water Authority. Copies of the proposed changes are on file and can be examined at the Offices of the Water Authority, 50 Watermill Lane, Great Neck, New York 11021, during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, and are posted on the Authority”s website: https://www.waterauthorityofgreatnecknorth.com.
At the time and place of the public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
If anyone who wishes to attend the hearing requires special accommodations because of a disability, please contact Debra Ray at the Water Authority office, 516-487-7973, at least two full business days before the day of the hearing.
