VILLAGE OF OLD WESTBURY
Notice of completion of the Tentative Tax Assessment Roll and hearing of complaints Real Property Tax Law 1406.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessors of the Village of Old Westbury have completed the 2017/2018 Tentative Tax Assessment Roll. A copy thereof has been filed with Brian S. Ridgway, Village Administrator, where it may be seen and examined by any person interested therein from February 1, 2017 during business hours until the 21st day of February 2017. On February 21, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. for at least (4) consecutive hours or until the last grievance has been heard, a representative of the Board of Trustees will be at the Village Office, 1 Store Hill Road in said Village, to receive complaints in relation to any assessment in the 2017/2018 Village Tax Roll. Thereafter the Board of Trustees will convene as the Board of Assessors to hear said complaints. The Board of Assessors reserves the right to continue or adjourn such hearings as provided by law.
