VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board.

CASE NO. PRPB20180338​—​The application of Robert Barbach, on behalf of Robert Barbach, Nancy Barbach, and Dwight Lane LLC, as owners, for preliminary and final approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land known as 199 West Shore Road, comprising approximately 69,553 gross square feet, including one building lot and one private street, in order to subdivide the one building lot, consisting of 44,987 square feet, into two parcels, each to include a part of the private street, Parcel 1 to comprise 36,046 square feet and Parcel 2 to comprise 17,975 square feet. The subject properties are shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 201, Lots 46A, 46B, and 57, and are located partially in a Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point (part of Parcel 1) and partially in a residence zoning district of the Village of Great Neck (part of Parcel 1 and all of Parcel 2 and the private road).

The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours.

At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.

In the event that anyone needs a special accommodation for a disability, such person is requested to contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the hearing.
