TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Assessor of the Village of Kings Point has completed the tentative assessment roll of all real properties within the Village of Kings Point for the fiscal year June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020 and it has been filed with the Village Clerk and may be examined by all interested person or persons during regular business hours between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., beginning February 1st, 2019, until February 15th, 2019, at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Assessment Review will sit at the Village Hall on February 19th, 2019, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing complaints in relation to said assessments on application of any person considering himself or herself aggrieved thereby. Complaints must be filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Hall on or before February 19th, 2019, by 4:00 p.m.; a statement, under oath, on forms specified; with respect in which the assessment complained of is incorrect.
