VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Kings Point at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, on 24th July 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The Board will immediately adjourn for advice of counsel and, at 7:30 p.m., the Board will commence a public hearing for the consideration of the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board:

CASE NO. PRBZA20190270 ​​ Application of Odeh 26 LLC (Abraham Talassazan), as owner, with regard to the premises at 237 Kings Point Road, Kings Point, New York, for two variances from ß161-34(A) of the Code of the Village of Kings Point; one to permit a curb cut with a width of 25 feet and the other to permit a curb cut with a width of 30 feet, instead of the maximum permitted curb cut width of 20 feet.

The premises are shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1 Block 196, Lots 1 & 2 in a Residence A2 zoning district of the Village of Kings Point.

The application and accompanying exhibits are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours.

At said hearing, all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.

In the event that anyone needs a special accommodation for a disability, such person is requested to contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the hearing.
