NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
FOR UNPAID VILLAGE TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2020-2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law and the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York and a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck, Nassau County, New York, the Treasurer of the said Village will sell at public auction in the manner provided by law on the 2nd day of April 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York 11023, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes remain unpaid for the year of 2020-2021, as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees, interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of such sale and continue the same from day to day until the said sale shall be completed.
The Village of Great Neck reserves the right to except certain parcels, to the extent of all, from such sale, including, but not limited to parcels, of property on which the Village of Great Neck owns and hold one or more unredeemed certificates of tax lien.
The following is a list of the real estate to be sold for unpaid taxes for the year 2020 with a statement of the amount of all charges thereon April 2, 2021, the description of the properties being those on the Tax Map of the Village of Great Neck:
