Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on April 9, 2018 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 51 Squirrel Hill Road (Squirrel Hill Road LLC, Section 7 Block 113 Lot 63), 73 Westwood Circle (Tangly Oaks LLC, Section 7 Block 205 Lot 2), 125 Sycamore Drive (Hoonjae Yim, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 53), 150 Hummingbird Drive (Nyan Gabriel, Section 19 Block 26 Lot 15), 95 Fir Drive (Garrett Stier, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 43), 65 Poplar Drive (Billy Breitner, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 96), 230 Chestnut Drive (Jed Wilder, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 23), 35 Cedar Drive (Sofia Mayer, Section 7 Block 260 Lot 36), 2 Woodgreen Lane (James Hutchinson, Section 7 Block 196 Lot 18), 30 Spruce Drive (Cary and Julie Schwartz, Section 7 Block 260 Lot 10), and 160 Redwood Drive (Vicki and Doug Anmuth, Section 7 Block 296 Lot 19), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
