Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Member Peter Zuckerman, and Town Clerk Wayne Wink attended the Greek Festival on the Harbor on Sept. 29 at North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington. The event was presented by the Archangel Michael Church and is considered Long Island’s largest Greek festival.
The festival included live music, Greek food and pastries, carnival rides and games, as well as a flea market. Funds raised from the event went toward the Parish. Other elected officials in attendance included Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas and New York State Assemblyman Tony D’Urso.
