Town of North Hempstead​—​Board of Zoning Appeals

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.

The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.

APPEAL #20885 ​​ Yek Hey (May) Chen, variances 70-29.C, 70-26.A, & 70-32.7 to build a house that is too big, two tall, and has an eave that is too high off the ground; #4 Shore Cliff Place, west of the intersection of Shore Cliff Place & Parkwood Drive, Great Neck, Sec.2, Blk. 367, Lot 40, R-A District.

APPEAL #20907​—​Janet Esagoff (Brave Troops Realty), variances 70-103.A(1) and 70-103.F to construct alterations to convert retail spaces to office spaces with not enough parking on site, and a loading area interfering with entering and exiting the site; N/side 917 Northern Blvd., 96.81’ E/of Schenck Ave., Great Neck, Sec. 2, Blk. 175, Lot 20, B-A District.
