Town honors NHP Memorial seniors at Lakeville Estates Civic Association barbecue

Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Members Anna Kaplan and Lee Seeman along with Town Clerk Wayne Wink attended the Lakeville Estates Civic Association’s first annual barbecue and second annual scholarship awards on July 21.

The scholarship awards, received by Alana Moran and Stephanie Peteroy, are a service award given to recipients for their outstanding service to the New Hyde Park and Nassau County community. Town officials presentedMoran and Peteroy with proclamations of recognition in celebration of their dedication to their community.

Both recipients are seniors at New Hyde Park Memorial High School, and have interests in pursuing degrees in Special Education.
