A Dallas, Texas man recorded a viral hit while on his way to his local market recently.
“I was walking to kroger and saw this guy playing a song. It sounded good so I decided to record it. By the end of the song three guys started jamming,” said Jaime Maldonado in a post to his Facebook page on May 10.
The video, posted to YouTube, features a busker strumming an original song on his guitar and singing. Seconds later, another man sporting a Philadelphia Sixers jersey enters the frame and soulfully sings along with the guitarist. To add more excitement, a third man joins the duo and begins rapping. The trio’s performance garnered the attention and applause of people passing by.
The video, with over a million views in three days, has been shared and duplicated countless times across social networks.
