1) “Baba Joon” at Furman Film Series

Wednesday, June 1, 7:30 p.m.

One-Night-Only Screening and Q&A with star Navid Negahban and director Yuval Delshad of “Baba Joon” winner of five Israeli Academy Awards, including Best Picture. The film tells the story of the inter-generational tension in an Iranian-Israeli immigrant family and is the first Persian-language film shot in Israel.

2)  Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience

Tuesday, May 31, 8 p.m.

With James Dylan on vocals, Tony Canania on guitar, Dorain Heartsong on bass and Alex Howland on keyboards & guitar, drummer Jason Bonham channels his late father’s former band for a show that is more than a tribute, but a labor of love, performing some of the most iconic Led Zeppelin songs from the band’s immense catalogues.

3) North Shore Pops Orchestra

Saturday, May 28, 7:30 p.m.

The North Shore Pops Orchestra plays the music of George Gershwin, the snappy tunes of Cole Porter, and the elegant jazz of Duke Ellington as well as well-known Sousa Marches, American patriotic standards, Broadway’s best, light classical and the hits of Stevie Wonder, Carol King, and other contemporary artists.

4) Jo Koy

Saturday, May 28, 8 p.m.

Jo Koy sells out clubs across the nation, is a weekly guest on The Adam Carolla Show podcast and recently started his own podcast, The Koy Pond with Jo Koy. His infectious, explosive energy onstage, insightful jokes, and family-inspired humor cross all boundaries.  He has had two Comedy Central specials “Don’t Make Him Angry” and “Lights Out” and has appeared on more than 100 episodes of “Chelsea Lately,” VH1, World’s Funniest Fails, The Joy Behar Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly and Jamie Foxx: Laffapalooza.

5) Kenny J’s Orchestra Red, White and Blues

Saturday, May 28, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Bring a chair, blanket, and an outdoor picnic to enjoy great upbeat music and the beauty at Planting Fields and exterior of Coe Hall. Coe Hall is closed during the concert. Restrooms are available at the Main Greenhouse. COFFEED INC, park caterer, will be selling snacks, sandwiches, desserts and drinks.

6)  Music of the Knights

In honor of its 50th Anniversary, QPAC is premiering a historic concert – Music of the Knights. Accompanied by the Queens Symphony Orchestra, Broadway veterans take the stage to celebrate the music of England’s most famous composers – Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Elton John. Join us for this special fundraiser commemorating QPAC’s 50th!

7) Adam Ferrara – Sunday Night Funnies

Sunday, May 29, 7 p.m.

Stand-up comedian and actor Adam Ferrara presently hosts the critically acclaimed BBC sensation, Top Gear USA, airing on HISTORY as well as being an internationally touring headliner, two-time nominee for best male stand-up by the American Comedy Awards, and has three Comedy Central Specials. The Long Island native also played Chief Needles Nelson on the FX drama Rescue Me and Frank Verelli on Showtime’s hit series Nurse Jackie.
