PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Tentative Assessment Roll of the Village of Thomaston for the fiscal year March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 has been filed with the Village Administrator.† Effective November 1, 2020, the Tentative Assessment Roll may be seen and examined by any person during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and may be viewed on the Village of Thomaston website at www.villageofthomaston.org.†All applications for grievance review must be filed on specific forms with the Village Administrator on or before November 16, 2021. ††PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Review of the Village of Thomaston will meet on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 pm. and 10:00 pm at 100 East Shore Road, Great Neck, NY 11023 (or virtually, access for which may be obtained from the Village website www.villageofthomaston.org), for the purposes of hearing complaints (grievances) as to the Tentative Assessment Roll for the fiscal year March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.† ††BY ORDER TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, VILLAGE OF THOMASTON†Denise M.
