Administrator Farrell called the Tax Lien Sale to order at 9:00 a.m. The legal was read as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant of Section 1452 of the Real Property Tax Law and a resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Success on February 11, 2019, I, Patrick Farrell of the said Village of Lake Success will sell at public auction in the manner provided by law on the 4th day of April, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the forenoon at the Village Office, 318 Lakeville Road, New York, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes remain unpaid for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2019, as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of such sale and continue the same from day to day until the said sale shall be completed.

The following is a list of the real estate to be sold for unpaid taxes for the fiscal year of 2019 with a statement of ​—​​—​the amount of all charges thereon to April 30, 2019:
