Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered on October 18, 2017.

I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction in the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, N.Y. on the 3rd day of March, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. premises described as follows: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Kings Point, Great Neck, County of Nassau and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot 10 on Block 156 on a certain “Map of Cherry Hill belonging to Embassy Court Corp., situate in Inc., Village of Kings Point. Great Neck, Nassau County, N.Y., prepared by Charles E. Ward P.E. & L.S. #13551. Great Neck, N.Y., March 18, 1953” and filed in the Nassau County Clerk’s Office on June 10, 1953 as Map No. #5847, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side Farmers Road distant 403.04 feet westerly then measured along the Northerly side of Farmers Road from the westerly end of a curve having a radius of 50 feet which curve connects the Northerly side of Framers Road and Westerly side of Split Rock Drive and from said point of beginning:

 RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Farmers Road North 83 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds West 119.52 feet;

THENCE North 7 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 268.83 feet to the land of Crestview Ranches, Inc.;

 THENCE along the last mentioned land South 82 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 149.50 feet;

THENCE south 7 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds West 266.41 feet to the Northerly side of Farmers Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.

Said premises known as 14 Farmers Road, Kings Point a/k/a Great Neck, N.Y. 11024

(Section: 1, Block: 156, Lot: 10).

Approximate amount of lien $ 1,593,910.81 plus interest and costs.

Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed judgment and terms of sale.
