The New Hyde Park-Garden City Park UFSD is required by the NYS Child Nutrition Program Administration to survey the community regarding parent’s interest in a Breakfast Program. Below you will find the Breakfast Survey.
The hours of the program would be 8:00 am-8:20 am. Please be aware this is not a babysitting service and any child that attends is required to purchase a cold breakfast at a cost of $2.50. Please complete the survey for all your children currently enrolled in our schools. USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
