Nassau County police officers said they saw Casey J. Bodian, 48, of Hewlett Harbor, failing to signal or stay in the lanes in a black Chevrolet Suburban on Northern Boulevard around 12:45 a.m. Saturday.

Police stopped Bodian at Glen Cove Road and N. Service Road and arrested Bodian without incident.

Police said five passengers were in the vehicle, including three girls ages 11, 13 and 14, and the children left with their father.

Bodian was charged with three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, driving while intoxicated and multiple other traffic violations.

Bodian was released on her own recognizance later Saturday at her arraignment and is due back in court Nov. 15.
