This past November, the Girls Varsity Club at South High School sponsored their twenty-third annual charity volleyball tournament, with a record number of 42 teams participating.

The two-day tournament also featured a costume contest and a rock-paper-scissor contest.

The event raised $1,800 for the JFK Medical Center Foundation to support patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
