Senator Elaine Phillips recently attended the Franklin Square Civic Association and the Franklin Square Historical Society’s second annual Fall Festival.
“The Franklin Square Civic Association and the Franklin Square Historical Society have once again brought together residents to celebrate its community with its annual Fall Festival,” Senator Elaine Phillips said. “Thank you for inviting me and I look forward to attending in years to come.”
