Reality TV star Reza Farahan will be making a surprise visit to Great Neck and the New York City area.
He announced the trip via his twitter and Facebook feed on Monday.
“Great Neck/NYC…HERE I COME!!!!!! Get ready, I’ve missed you!!!!” Farahan wrote.
His followers immediately asked him about the trip but no additional information was given.
Farahan’s father, Manoochehr Farahan moved to Port Washington 16 ago, after divorcing Reza’a mother. The two had a cathartic talk back on the April 8 episode of Shahs of Sunset when Reza confronted his father during his previous visit to Great Neck.
It is unclear whether this new trip is part of the show or pertains to Reza’s father in any way.
Reza is openly gay and says that he’s reasoning for committing to a reality show is to inform and help young Iranians who are struggling with their sexuality while living under a dictator.
“I wanted to be on the show because I wanted to force the conversations to happen in my community,” he told AP.
