On Sunday, Aug. 27, at 8 p.m. the Minnesota Vikings and the 49ers played a preseason exhibition football game on NBC.
As the cameramen were showing the players during our National Anthem, it was announced that they were compelled to show anyone who takes “a knee” during the National Anthem!
Why do we have to see someone be disrespectful to our flag??
Why do these players get special airtime to show this disrespect??
The only thing they should get is the bench.
Why does NBC SPORTS feel compelled to show this disrespect to us??
