Readers Write: Hillary, not Trump, at fault on voting ills

The Island Now

Poor Karen Rubin. She’ll never be able to recover from the rhetorical assault of Dr. Wayne Roth’s letter, “Trump’s election panel offers needed reform.”

He destroyed her credibility by using the “Rubber Glue” strategy.

The doctor noted that Comey, Feinstein, and others, did not find any evidence that the election outcome had been changed as a result of any so-called “collusion.”

Consequently, the charge of collusion bounces off of Trump and sticks to Hillary.

Dr. Roth reinforced this strategy by summarizing the writings of Joan Swirsky.

It turns out that everything, literally, every single thing ever said about Trump really refers to Hillary.

This technique, a corollary of the Rubber-Glue strategy, is known as the “I know you are but what I am?” gambit.

I believe it worked flawlessly. However, there was one problem that still needs to be addressed.

Dr. Roth said that all the information sought by the Election Commission was already a matter of public record.

I checked and found that he’s partially right.

I Googled “Wayne Roth” and got 81 hits. I then searched for other information that could help me determine if Dr. Roth had voted in multiple states.

However, I was not able to find additional identifying information, such as Social Security numbers, military records, past voting records, and so on.

So in this case, Dr. Roth is wrong.

The information sought by the Election Commission is not a matter of public record.

If it was, then anyone could find it on the internet, including the Election Commission.”
