I wanted to write your publication to voice my support of our current mayor, Dr. Pedram Bral.
My name is Moshe Besalel.
I have been a resident of the Great Neck community for over 25 years, and I have to say that Mayor Bral is the best elected official I have seen in my experience in Great Neck.
He is caring, involved, and most of all — very approachable to his constituents.
I had invited Mr. Bral to come to my neighborhood and discuss some issues with me, and unlike most elected officials, he accepted my offer and visited my community to discuss.
We are currently in the process of better maintaining and improving the security of our local park.
I have never seen a mayor in this town who has been so committed to listening to residents and doing what he can to help get things done.
I also want to say that speaking with Mayor Bral has convinced me to vote for the new Board of Education budget and the bond; while initially reluctant, speaking with him convinced me it was the best option for our schools and our town.
I support Mayor Bral for re-election, and hope he continues to lead our town.
