In recent weeks our mailbox has been bombarded with colorful fliers telling us who to vote for. The latest one was from many well known local politicians urging us to vote for Ms. Kaplan, because I do not know Ms. Kaplan I will not comment on her nomination, the question that arises now is what do theses politicians base their support for Ms. Kaplan on, except the usual party politics?
Have any of these politicians personally worked with Ms. Kaplan?

The crony system in place today fails to produce enlightened leaders and is rather resulting in pathetically inept and/or hopelessly corrupt individuals in power
As a local community and as a part of greater society party politics has damaged us to a greater extent.
Our only hope today is to vote for change
