Police arrested a Queens man Friday for allegedly charging nearly $5,000 at a Garden City Apple store to credit cards stolen from a New Hyde Park gym.

Flushing resident Aziz Danish, 29, stole wallets containing credit cards and cash from the men’s locker room at LA Fitness on Marcus Avenue in New Hyde Park on Aug. 27, Aug. 29 and Sept. 29, police said.

He then allegedly took the stolen cards to the Apple store at Roosevelt Field Mall on the same days and made purchases worth more than $4,900.

Police found marijuana on Danish when they arrested him Thursday on three counts each of third-degree burglary, second-degree forgery, first-degree identity theft and first-degree falsification of business records.

He was also charged with one count each of first-degree defrauding, third-degree identity theft, attempted shoplifting and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Danish was arraigned Saturday with bail set at $1,000 for the marijuana charge and $300,000 for all other charges. He is due in court for a felony screening hearing Nov. 17.
