NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury, on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
1. Application of Weissman Residence Request for approval to maintain an existing 12 feet by 21 feet one story wood frame storage shed under Article IV, Section 216.20C—Location of Accessory structure; Existing 1 foot 2 inches, Required 30 feet, Variance Required 28 feet 10 inches. The premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 19, Block A, Lot 38, also known as 1 Elmhirst Drive (continued)
2. Application of Viti Residence Request for variance approval in order to permit construction of a two-story single dwelling home located in a BB Residence under Article IV, Section 216-18A Street Frontage: Required 200 feet, Existing 150 feet, Variance Required 50 feet. The premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 19, Block D, Lot 138, also known as 31 Wheatley Road
