PUBLIC NOTICE:
Bid for Vehicle
The Incorporated Village of East Hills (VEH) seeks bids from established vendors for one vehicle. The successful bidder must be a firm which can service the vehicle no less than five days a week, with hours for service no less than 7.5 hours per day.
The one (1) vehicle must be one (1) 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE, AWD, 4 Cylinder or equivalent as follows: with all standard features; with the color ‘Super White’ with black cloth interior; with optional features as listed in the bid package; and with Toyota’s Extended Warranty which extends our coverage to 6yrs/100,000 miles with no deductible.
Copies of the bid package, which contain all the specific requirements, may be picked up at Village Hall at 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, New York beginning July 6, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. up to and including July 17, 2017 at 3pm. All offers are subject to final approval by the Board of Trustees of East Hills, which shall determine the lowest responsible and responsive bid. VEH also retains the right at any time before acceptance of the bid, in its sole discretion, to reject all proposals, change or modify or cancel or postpone the bid for any reason it deems appropriate. Bids will be accepted at Village Hall up to 1:00 p.m. on the Submission Date of July 18, 2017 at which time the bids will be opened. All bidders must sign and notarize an anti-collusion statement along with all other required documents.
