PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of South Floral Park will hold two PUBLIC HEARINGS on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 8:00 PM. remotely, via video or teleconference only, with no ìin personî location, as authorized pursuant to NYS Governor Cuomoís Executive Order 202.1, to consider the following matters:Bill No. 1 of 2021, a proposed local law authorizing the Village of South Floral Park to authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in New York State General Municipal Law ß 3-c for its fiscal year commencing June 1, 2021. †A copy of the local law is available at Village Hall for review.And †Use of Community Development Funds, through its membership in the Nassau County Urban Consortium, The Village of South Floral Park will participate again this year in the Nassau County Community Development Program for the 47th Year. Membership entitles the Inc. Village of South Floral Park to receive Community Development Block Grant Funds which will be applied to the So.
