LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Williston Park on Monday, November 6, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 494 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York, to hear the following case:
Joint Application (1) Martin and Loreen McMahon as owners of 436 Mineola Boulevard, Williston Park, New York, known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 315, Lot 3 (the “McMahon Premises”), and (2) of Peter Battisti, owner of 440 Mineola Boulevard, Williston Park, New York, known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 315, Lots 31 and 32 (the “Battisti Premises”) to approve partitioning/lot line adjustments to allow an approximately two foot wide portion of the southerly portion of the Battisti Premises, running the entire length of the lot and abutting the McMahon Premises, to be partitioned off from the rest of the Battisti Premises and to be added to the McMahon Premises. Both premises are located in the Residence A District.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected at the Village Hall during normal business hours. Anyone who needs special accommodations for a disability should contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the hearing. At said hearing, all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
