PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF FLOWER HILL – BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2018 at One Bonnie Heights Road, Manhasset, New York at the Village Hall at 7:30 pm to consider the following proposed local laws:
1.LL E – 2018 ‘Regulation of Lighting’
2.Local Law F – 2017 ‘Amend Exhibitions Law’
3.Local Law G – 2018 Amend ‘Building Construction’ to allow Superintendent’s discretion in permit extension
4.A public hearing to consider a Special Exception Permit Hearing for Fireworks Display by North Hempstead Country Club on June 29, 2017
This meeting is open to the public. Persons who may suffer from a disability which would prevent them from participating in said hearing should notify Ronnie Shatzkamer, Village Clerk, at (516) 627-5000 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
