PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Village of Thomaston

Date: December 9, 2019

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Place: Village Hall, 100 East Shore Road, Thomaston, New York

Subject: Application of 661 Northern Associates, LLC as lessee, and BSI Northern Blvd., LLC as owner, to amend an incentive use permit previously granted pursuant to Village Code ß203-70.3 and Board of Trustees Resolution 18-55, and to amend a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions executed and recorded in relation to such incentive use permit, to allow use of the premises 661 Northern Blvd., Thomaston, New York for the retail sale and service of new and pre-owned automobiles. Premises are located in the OB zoning district and are designated as Section 2, Block 140, Lot 793 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

As Lead Agency, the Board of Trustees has classified this action as an Unlisted Action as defined pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act. No determination of significance has yet been made.

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matter.

Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at or participation in the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.

All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, 100 East Shore Road, Thomaston, New York, during regular business hours.
