PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Village of Thomaston
Date: July 11, 2019
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Place: Village Hall, 100 East Shore Road, Thomaston, New York
Subject: Application of 805 N. Blvd. LLC, 469 7th Avenue, Suite 1211, New York, New York, to construct a three story medical office building with a below grade parking garage, which requires the variances of the Village Code, as follows: (a) Village Code §203-125(E),(N) in that there will be 207 parking spaces, where 282 parking spaces are required; (b) Village Code §203-128(E) in that 29 of the proposed parking spaces will be 8.5 feet by 18 feet, where the minimum parking space size is 9 feet by 18 feet, (c) Village Code §203-128(I) in that 32 of the proposed parking spaces will be tandem spaces, were no such space is permitted as it does not provide for free access to either an aisle or an access driveway, (d) Village Code §203-66(A) in that a part of the rear landscape buffer will be eliminated to accommodate eight (8) parking spaces, where a fifteen (15) foot landscape buffer is required along the entire rear property line, and (e) Village Code §203-63 in that there will be four levels of occupied space, where no building may exceed three levels of occupied space. Premises are designated as Section 2, Block 262, Lots 10-13 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matter.
This application is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at or participation in the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, 100 East Shore Road, Thomaston, New York, during regular business hours.
