INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on October 15, 2018, at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, New York, to consider the application of Black & Veatch on behalf of ExteNet Systems, Inc., for a special use permit pursuant to Lake Success Code Chapter 85 for the installation of 13 telecommunication nodes/antenna to be placed on existing utility poles and new decorative stealth metal poles to improve wireless cellular services for Village residents within the proposed new distributed antenna systems at the following locations:

ROW adjacent to 354 Lakeville Rd.
ROW adjacent to 334 Lakeville Rd.
ROW adjacent to 318 Lakeville Rd.
ROW adjacent to 21 Briarfield Drive
ROW adjacent to 300 Lakeville Rd.

ROW at intersection of Fox Hunt Lane and Meadow Woods Rd., adjacent to 31 Meadow Woods Rd.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all documents relating to the applications of Black & Veatch on behalf of ExteNet Systems, Inc. are available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours.
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Lake Success Board of Trustees and who require listening devices and/or a sign language translator are requested to notify the Village Administrator no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
