PUBLIC HEARING INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on December 14, 2020, at 7:30 p.m., via video-conferencing to consider the following amendments to the Lake Success Code: Amendment to Chapter 42 entitled “Building and Fire Prevention Code Administration” by amending §42-4 entitled “Building permits.” Amendment to Chapter 67 entitled “Landscape Garden Control” by amending §67-4 entitled “Registration expired; exceptions” and §67-6 entitled “Regulations.” Amendment to Chapter 75 entitled “Noise” by amending §75-1 entitled “General prohibitions” and §75-2 entitled “Enumeration of prohibited acts.” PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a transcript will be provided at a later date.
