PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on November 15,, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Ajla McDonald, 10 Post Lane East Williston, New York to request variance from:
Section 160-37. Fences and Walls (B)(2) No fence shall be erected in a front yard except where such fence is erected along or behind the minimum required front yard setback line.
Applicant seeks to erect a front yard arbor and gate.
