PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing 20th day August 2020 at 7:30 pm, at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street, East Williston to hear the application of Christine Rizzotti, 53 Donald Street East Williston, New York to request variances from:
Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings
Sub-section D (1) (c) “…All driveways in Residence B must be at least two feet from any side yard.”
Required 2 feet from side yard property line
Requested 1 foot from side property line
Applicant seeks to widen the driveway by one (1) foot.
The proceedings will be held both in person and remotely.
