PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on April 19, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Omar and Amber Saleem, 43 Robbins Drive, East Williston, New York to request variances from:

Variance #1​—​Article IV Residence AA District Section 160-10 ​​ Dimensional Regulations (H) Floor Area Ratio (FAR) FAR​—​.27 or 4,900 SF Maximum

-Requested 5,004.56 SF (104.56 SF over maximum)

Variance #2 Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings

Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘a property with a detached garage, the section of the driveway running from the street line must be no more than 10 feet in width

Requested 15 feet

Variance #3 Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings

Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘a property with a detached garage, The section of the driveway running from the garage may be permitted to be 20 feet in width, provided that said section shall be no more than 20 feet in length

Requested 25 feet in width x 20 feet in length

Applicant seeks to enlarge the house.
