PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on January 18, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Mr. & Mrs. Simoes, 23 Ogden Drive, East Williston, New York to request variances from:
1. Variance from Article V Residence B District Section 160-18 ​​ Dimensional Regulations (H) Floor Area Ratio (FAR)
FAR​—​.39 or 2,809 SF Maximum Allowed
FAR​—​.44 or 3,175 SF Requested
2. Article V Residence B District (RB) 160-18 Dimensional Regulations. (e) Minimum front yard depth: average set back 30.4 feet,
requested 25.0 feet.
3. Section 160-37 Fences and walls. (b 1) “No fence shall exceed four feet in height
6 foot fence requested
Applicant seeks to construct a two story addition, second floor dormer and erect a 6 foot fence.
