NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck, at a regularly scheduled meeting and public hearing held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the Village Hall, duly adopted Local Law No. 5-2021, subject to permissive referendum, pursuant to New York State Cannabis Law ß 131, to opt out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Great Neck. ††This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State.††This local law is subject to a referendum on petition in accordance with New York State Cannabis Law ß131 and the procedure outlined in New York Municipal Home Rule Law ß24.
