PUBLIC HEARING
FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 8:15 p.m. on May 21, 2019, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following matter:
Proposed contract with the Alert Engine, Hook, Ladder and Hose Company No. 1, Inc. for the furnishing of fire protection within the said Village for the period of one year, commencing on June 1, 2019 and ending on May 31, 2020.
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.
The Village of Kings Point does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities. In the event that anyone needs special accommodation, such person is requested to contact the Village Clerk at least five (5) days before the hearing.
