BOARD OF TRUSTEES
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Lake Success, New York, in the Board Room of Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, on Monday, August 14, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., to consider the following application:
An application by Dovid Esagui for an approval from the Board of Trustees for the use of premises located at 224 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, New York, and designated on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 2, Block 361, Lot 5, as a place of worship pursuant to Lake Success Code §105-10(B).
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during business hours.
At the time and place of the public hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Success and who require listening devices and/or a sign language translator are requested to notify the Village Administrator no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
