LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Thomaston will hold a public hearing on October 13, 2021, at 7:30 pm, at the Village Hall, 100 E. Shore Road, Thomaston, Great Neck New York, at which time all interested persons may be heard with respect to the proposed adoption of Bill T 2021F, A local law opting out of licensing and/or establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Thomaston.,††At the said time and place, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard with respect to the said proposed local law.† ††The Board of Trustees has determined that the proposed local law is an Unlisted Action pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, which has no significant adverse environmental impact and requires no further environmental impact review.††Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at or participation in the hearing should notify the Village Administrator at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.† ††Dated: †August 20, 2021††BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF THOMASTON†
