Port Washington resident Eric C. Rubenstein, a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek P.C., has been named among the top attorneys in the New York Metropolitan area by Super Lawyers ratings service and magazine in 2019.

Rubenstein, a partner, is co-chair of the real estate department, where he represents major commercial lenders, as well as real estate developers, owners and operators in some of the region’s largest and complex financial transactions.
Projects include financing, leasing, acquisition or sale of shopping centers, hotels and resorts, office buildings, retail sites, nursing homes, co-operatives and condominiums. A Port Washington resident, he is a graduate of New York School of Law.
