PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The Port Washington North Village Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Zoning Board Hearing August 5, 2020 at 6:30 PM. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 103 the meeting will be held via video conference and telephone conferencing only and not at Port Washington North Village Hall. The public will have access to the hearing and will be able to participate during the scheduled public hearing. At the hearing anybody who wishes to comment may do so. The public will be able to have access and participate at the hearing by joining the Zoom Meeting with ID: 889-3196-6794 and the password 11050. The purpose of the hearing will to consider the application of Sophia Blanchon and William Guillouard, as owners and Morano Expediting Service as applicant of the premises located at 83 Radcliff Avenue, Port Washington, New York. The Nassau County Tax Map Section is Section 4 Block 137 lot 22. The premises are in Residence B zone. Applicant and owner seek a variance for a proposed sunroom. Pursuant to Section 176-19, of the Port Washington North Village Code, the building area requirements shall not exceed 35% of the lot area. The proposed sunroom would require the building area to be 41.22%. The applicant and owner are seeking a variance of approximately 343 square feet to build the proposed sunroom.

All parties in interest can see and receive copies of the proposed plans which are on file with the Village at Village Hall during normal business hours.
