Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on January 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 155 Redwood Drive (Robert Aranov, Section 7 Block 297 Lot 2), 433 Glen Cove Road (Ruby and Jenna LLC, Section 7 Block 206 Lot 24), 33 Sherrard Street (Paul Boultadakis, Section 19 Block 9 Lot 102), 160 Walnut Drive (Marilyn and Ted Levine, Section 7 Block 262 Lot 5), 46 Midwood Cross (Marni Adler, Section 7 Block 249 Lot 22), 73 Westwood Circle (Tangley Oaks LLC, Section 7 Block 205 Lot 2), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
