Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on November 4, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 144 Revere Road Lot 12 (Westwood Builders LLC, Section 7 Block K7 Lot 12), 144 Revere Road Lot 13 (Westwood Builders LLC, Section 7 Block K7 Lot 13), 36 Glenwood Lane (Hartman, Section 7 Block 142 Lot 36), 45 Oriole Drive (45 Oriole LLC, Section 7 Block 273 Lot 2), 195 Ash Drive (Cliff Lewisohn, Section 7 Block 299 Lot 99), 59 Midland Road (59 Midland LLC, Section 7 Block 183 Lot 11), 53 Finch Drive (Amy Fischer, Section 19 Block 38 Lot 23), 70 Andover Road (Fred Ostad, Section 7 Block 217 Lot 7), 15 Oakdale Road (Marat Lempert, Section 7 Block 131 Lot 12), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
