VILLAGE OF ROSLYN ESTATES, NASSAU COUNTY, NEW YORK
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of ROSLYN ESTATES invites bids for a Contract for the Removal and Disposition of Refuse from the Village for a one-year, two-year, or three-year period, commencing June 1, 2018 the first year and June 1 subsequent years, as may be determined each year by the Board of Trustees.
All bids must be in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Village Clerk of the Village of ROSLYN ESTATES and marked on the outside, “FOR COLLECTION OF REFUSE”and delivered to the Village of Roslyn Estates Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn, New York 11576, on or before March 15, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.
Commencing February 15, 2018, a bid packet including this Notice to Bidders and the Instructions to Bidders, Form of Contract, and Form of Bid may be obtained at the Village of Roslyn Estates Village Hall between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the successful bidder will be required to furnish an adequate surety bond for the full and faithful performance of the contract awarded to it.
