NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20469—Timmy Chang, variance 70-40.A to install brick veneer within a required front yard setback; S/W/cor. 6 Union St. and Moore St., New Hyde Park, Sec. 9, Blk. 582, lot 1, R-C District.
APPEAL #20472 Bruce Hoernecke, Conditional Use 70-139(B) and variances 70-146(A), 70-203 (G) & 70-203(J) to construct additions and interior alterations to a warehouse for use as an office and business that designs technology services and related equipment, a conditional use, having insufficient rear yard setbacks, no landscape buffer, and a vehicular access gate having an insufficient setback from the street line, N/side #2157 Jericho Turnpike, 275’ E/of Old Stewart Ave., New Hyde Park, Sec. 9, Blk. 244, Lots 519-521, B-B District.
