NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20432- Louie’s Manhasset conditional use 70-126-A and variance 70-103(A) to construct an addition to expand a kitchen in an existing restaurant, a conditional use, having insufficient off-street parking; W/side #339 Plandome Rd., 47.21’ N/of Hillside Ave, Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 45, Lots 415, 417, B-A District.
APPEAL #20433- Plandome Yoga, LLC variances 70-103(A), 70-103(M), and 70-208(F) to construct a yoga studio with insufficient off-street parking and parking in a front yard, to a non-conforming building; S/E/cor. #578 Plandome Rd. and Webster Ave, Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 68, Lot 271, B-A District.
