NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and
appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20330.A—Crystal Liu, variance 70-40.C to construct a new dwelling within a required front yard setback; N/side #53 Andrew Rd., 130.85’ W/of Locust Pl., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 103, Lot 8, R-B District.
APPEAL #20372—Nora Bognacki, appeal for determination or in the alternative variances 70-30.C and variances 70-29.B and 70-31.A to maintain an enclosed porch within required front and side yard setbacks exceeding the permitted floor area and additions within a required side yard setback, exceeding the permitted floor area, S/side 186 Dover Rd., 263.36 E/of Blenheim Dr., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 227, Lot 9, R-A District.
